Hosted at Hetzner Online GmbH (EU). Server logs (IP, time, user agent, URL) for security/operation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Orders & licenses

For purchases we process email, order reference, product/plan, license key, and download tokens to fulfill the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), stored on our EU server.

Via My orders you can request a magic link (sent to your purchase email, valid ~60 minutes) to view orders, license keys, and downloads again. We store short-lived access tokens (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Payments (Stripe)

Checkout is processed by Stripe (including Stripe Tax). See stripe.com/privacy. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) and where applicable (c).

Contact / feedback

Emails and plugin feedback (message, optional site/version metadata) are used to answer inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)).

Free & Lite downloads

For free or Lite plugin downloads we process your email address to send the download link (Art. 6(1)(b)). If you opt in, we also send product update notifications until you unsubscribe via the link in each email (Art. 6(1)(a)). We store email, product, consent timestamp, and unsubscribe status on our EU server. Data is kept while you remain subscribed or as needed to document consent; after unsubscribe we stop marketing/update emails and retain minimal records where legally required.

Cookies

No marketing cookies or third-party analytics on this site. Stripe may set technically necessary cookies during checkout.

Retention

Order/license data for the contractual relationship and statutory commercial/tax retention (typically up to 10 years). Logs shorter unless needed for security.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
