Scope

These terms apply to purchases of Woomab WordPress/WooCommerce plugin licenses on woomab.com (including Supplier Order Manager, Free Gift Picker, Accessory Upsells, AI Image Label).

License

Site limits as stated on the product page. Source is GPLv2+; commercial activation via license key. One year of updates & email support included unless stated otherwise.

Prices & VAT

All displayed prices are net EUR excluding statutory VAT, where VAT applies. Stripe Tax calculates and shows tax at checkout based on billing address (and VAT ID where relevant).

Delivery

Digital delivery (download link + license key by email) after successful Stripe payment.

Withdrawal (EU consumers)

EU consumers may have a right of withdrawal. For digital content not on a tangible medium, the right may expire early under § 356 (5) BGB if you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right. See the German Widerrufsbelehrung.

Support

Email support for plugin usage during the support period. Custom development and third-party conflicts are out of scope unless agreed separately.

Liability

Unlimited for intent/gross negligence and personal injury. For slight negligence, only for breach of essential duties, limited to typical foreseeable damage — as far as German law allows.

Governing law

German law (excluding CISG). Place of jurisdiction for merchants: provider’s seat.
